Many MAG / Formuler customers are currently not connected to our service - this is due to the incorrect configuration of the customer.
As a MAG / Formuler user, you should use the portal address to choose from - and not the m3u.
The m3u can only be used if no MAG address is stored in the system. To avoid abuse and protect our customers, we had to make these changes to our service.
